O’Connell Unveils Clare Minor Hurling Team For Trip To Tipp

Clare minor hurling manager Brian O’Connell has named his team for tomorrow’s Munster minor hurling championship opener against Tipperary in Thurles.

Three of the starting 15 started last year’s defeat to Cork, including captain John Cahill of Clooney-Quin who is at corner-back for the Semple Stadium showdown.

After featuring in Ardscoil Ris’s All Ireland success, Diarmuid Stritch of Clonlara is at midfield alongside Ruan’s Piaras O’Sé.
