Clare have recorded their second win of this years Munster MHC.
Brian O’Connell’s charges held off a late Waterford surge in Fraher Field to win by 0-20 to 1-16.

Clare led by the minimum entering the closing stages before extending that advantage to three with time almost up.
The Deise struck for a goal which looked to have earned a share of the spoils, but Marc O’Brien responded with the match winning score to effectively seal Clare’s spot in at least semi-final.
