O Gara still has future with Ireland according to Kearney

O’Gara, who turns 36 this week, has been ommitted from the training panel for the week, with Paddy Jackson and Ian Madigan providing cover for Jonathan Sexton, who is still rated at just 50-50 to recover from a hamstring injury in time for the visit of the French.

Of the rest of the injury concerns…

Donnacha Ryan and Craig Gilroy remain doubts – Ryan is still struggling with a shoulder injury but he did managed some light training today, while Gilroy has a groin strain.

However, Mike McCarthy took a full part in training today as he continues to recover from a knee ligament injury.
