Brian O’Driscoll , Luke Marshall and Craig Gilroy are all included in Ireland’s starting 15 for Saturdays meeting with Italy in Rome.
As expected Johnny Sexton returns at out half with Paddy Jackson dropping to the bench although Ian Madigan will travel as cover because Sexton went over on his ankle in training this morning but the injury is not said to be serious.
