Clare Under 21 Management have praised their side for their ability to switch focus from Senior Commitments to Under 21.
Several players are involved with both squads, while last night the Banner men retained their Munster title with a four point victory over Tipperary.
It ended 1-17 to 2-10 in Semple Stadium, with Clare progressing to an All Ireland semi final against Galway on August 24th.
Management have reported a clean bill of health ahead of the All Ireland Senior championship semi final clash against Limerick on Sunday week.
