Limerick left Cusack Park with a historic victory after the game was decided by a penalty shootout, with extra time unable to separate the neighbours.

Clare’s wastefulness in front of goal coupled with Limerick’s efficiency from their chances saw the Shannonsiders set up a last four date with Tipperary.
Clare now face into the qualifiers, and Collins says they can have no complaints.
