A member of the Clare senior hurling backroom team insists his side can have no complaints after their Munster final loss to Limerick.

A third consecutive provincial final defeat, and a fifth since 2017, means the Banners wait for a Munster title now stretches into a 27th year.

An All Ireland quarter-final against either Wexford or Laois is next up for Brian Lohan’s side, with those two meeting next weekend in Portlaoise.

Clare selector Ken Ralph says they simply lost to the better team on the day.
