Newmarket Celtic have reached the last four of the FAI Junior Cup.

The South-East Clare men overcame Crumlin United on home turf this afternoon to book their spot in the semi-finals of the national competition.

Harvey Cullinan converted a spot kick midway through the first half to give Celtic the lead, before an Eoin Hayes free-kick found the top corner in the final moments of the tie to seal victory.

Paddy Purcell’s side will now have home advantage for their semi-final clash where they will welcome Limerick outfit, Ballynanty Rovers to McDonough Park.
