Newmarket Celtic will make more history for Clare soccer this weekend.
Off the back of winning their first ever FAI Junior Cup title last season, Paddy Purcell’s side will be the first Clare team to compete for the Presidents Cup on Saturday afternoon.
The game pits the winners of the Junior Cup from the South against the winners of the Northern equivalent, who are Derg View FC from Tyrone.
