Liam Murphys side did it the hard way, after goals from Mike McNamara & Pa McMahon them trail Bridge United 2-0 at the break.
Newmarket turned it all around in the second half, with David McCarthy helping himself to a hat trick while Daithi O'Connell also netted to give them a 4-2 win.
It also means Newmarket have completed a league and cup double.
