Newmarket-On-Fergus’ camogie boss says the fight for the McMahon Cup in 2021 will be tougher than ever for senior sides across Clare.
The Blues lost a fifth conseuctive final last year, with Inagh-Kilnamona sweeping them aside before progressing to a Munster club final that as yet is unplayed due to COVID-19 restrictions.
Brian Enright’s side also lost to Kilkishen-Bodyke in the group stage of last year’s competition before prevailing in a hard fought battle with Kilmaley in their semi final clash.
He believes there is more depth in the Clare senior camogie championship than ever before, with last year’s champions Inagh-Kilnamona setting a high bar.
