Clare’s Newhall Missile has claimed victory in the 2018 Consolation Greyhound Derby.
The John Browne trained runner romped home in a time of 29.47 to take the prize after leading from start to finish.
Noel Coote and Colin Barry’s charge just missed out on qualifying for the Derby last weekend but produced a brilliant performance to take last night’s prize.
