O’Gorman takes up the role ahead of their first game of the national campaign – they host Armagh in Doonbeg on Sunday afternoon.
She says that losing Ryan for this season will be a loss to them, but says she’s encouraged by the emergence of a number of new faces in the panel as she begins her captaincy:
