The GAA have confirmed the re-fixed Allianz Hurling League games for next weekend.

Wexford against Kilkenny, and Cork verses Tipperary in Division 1A have been confirmed for 2 O’Clck on Sunday in Wexford Park and Pairc Ui Rinn respectively.

While the Division 1B encounter between Waterford and Galway will take place in Walsh Park at the same time. All three fixtures will determine whether Clare qualify for the quarter-finals and who their opponents will be.

The Banner will reach the final eight if Wexford and Kilkenny don’t draw but should that scenario occur, a Tipperary victory over Cork will suffice.

There will be one quarter-final next weekend as All-Ireland champions Limerick travel to Portlaoise on Saturday evening for a 7pm throw-in against Laois.

The remaining quarter-finals will now take place on the St Patrick’s Bank Holiday
weekend and the semi-finals on the weekend of March 23/24.

The Allianz hurling league final will now take place on the same weekend as the football
finals (weekend of March 31).
