Ireland International Tommy Bowe is a major doubt for the Six Nations with a knee injury.
The Ulster winger suffered ligament damage to his right knee during their defeat to Northampton last night.
Bowe will undergo surgery later this week to repair the damage but Ulster’s medical team haven’t put a timescale on how long he’ll be out for.
Ireland’s first game away is to Wales on the 2nd of February.
