Anthony Foleys side were beaten 27-7 by Stade Francais in Paris.
It's the provinces sixth defeat in their last seven games in all competitions, and their third in this seasons European campaign.
Stade outscored Munster 17-7 in the second half despite having to play with 14 men.
The Munster try came late in the game from Conor Murray.
