Two of Clare’s participants in the top competition in Munster Schools football are in action today, as the Corn Ui Mhuiri gets underway.

West Clare Schools are in Glin to take on Killorglin, while Abbeyfeale hosts the clash of St. Flannan’s and Coláiste na Sceillige.
Both games are at 1:30.
The Ennis school last lifted the Corn Ui Mhuiri in 1995, but manager Donal Vaughan is hopeful of a strong campaign this time around.
Also today, in the Corn an Uachtaráin Senior B Football Competition, St. Caimin’s of Shannon play Presentation Milltown in Croagh and Clarina plays host to the clash of Patrician Mallow and Ennistymon CBS.
St. Joseph’s of Tulla play Borrisoleigh in the Dr. Kinnane Cup Senior B Hurling Championship.
