Video analysis by Clare teams, as well as other counties in Munster, looks set to be clamped down on.

Reports say provincial chief executive Simon Moroney has written to the six counties, telling them that they are not permitted to record games for the purposes of training.
Analysts are also being banned from press boxes, and from producing their own "live feed" which would allow for videos to be reviewed at half-time.
Instead, counties have been told that they will be provided with a DVD of the game by RTE.
