Yesterday Anthony Foley's side were hit by the news that full back Felix Jones was being forced to retire at the age of 28.

He's made the decision after picking up a neck injury in Munster's game against Glasgow earlier this month,  through injury.

Argentinian outside back Lucas Gonzalez Amorosino, who has played four times for his country in the World Cup, is to be signed as a 'medical joker' while the province are also set to sign a back row forward.

Tomorrow's clash with the Northerners is Munster's first Inter-pro of the year, and hooker Mike Sherry says they've been focussing on the set piece ahead of the game.
