Clare minor hurling boss Kenny Morrissey has expressed his disappointment at their loss to Limerick in the Munster Quarter Final.
Two late goals from Limerick substitutes proved the crucial scores as the Banner lost out by 2-11 to 1-8.
Clarecastle native Morrissey says they will now have to regroup ahead of their playoff round next month.
Meanwhile former Clare captain Tommy Guilfoyle feels the Banner will have to work harder on taking scoring chances when they come.
Ian Murrays goal in the opening minute was the only score from a starting Clare forward, with captain Sean O'Loughlin landing 0-5 from frees.
Guilfoyle says it's vital they improve ahead of the next day out
That playoff will be against the losers of Tipperary and Waterford on May 4th or 7th with the winners going back into the semi finals, and the losers seeing their year come to an end.
