Clare’s Simon Moroney is not ruling out a bid for the top job in the GAA.
The Eire Óg clubman announced last week that he was stepping down from his role as head of the Munster Council.

The GAA Director General Position is currently advertised with many suggesting that Moroney could be in line as a successor to Padraic Duffy.
Speaking on Clare FM’s Sideline View, he said while it’s a position he would aspire to, it’s a decision that will need serious consideration.
