Moloney Confident Kilmurry Can Provide Stern Test To All Ireland Club Champions

Kilmurry Ibrickane manager Aidan Horse Moloney is confident they will provide a huge test for Dr Crokes in the Munster Club Football Semi Final.

The Bricks claimed a 6th Clare Senior title in the last 10 years with a three point win over Clondegad, with attentions now turning to a trip to Killarney on November 12th.

It’s the fourth time since 2011 that these sides will clash in the province with the Crokes emerging victorious when they visited Quilty 12 months ago.

Moloney says they know the bar needs go up once more.

Meanwhile the club will also appeal the red card handed out to veteran Peter O’Dwyer in the closing stages of Sunday’s game.

O’Dwyer received his marching orders for an incident involving Clondegad’s Joe Neylon with Neylon also seeing red.

If successful, it would leave O’Dwyer free for the game against Dr Crokes.
