Minors put final touches to side ahead of play-off

The County Minor Hurling side are putting the finishing touches to their preparations for Wednesday’s semi final play-off with Waterford.

The game is going ahead this week  having been postponed  earlier this month due to bad weather conditions in Fraher field.

Clarecastle’s Bobby Duggan is expected to have recovered from the hand injury which was to rule him out against Waterford first time out this month when Clare return to Fraher field this Wednesday for their Munster semi final play off.

Eamon Fennessey is understood to have no other major injury concerns for the game with Waterford also reporting a clean bill of health for the 7pm throw in.

Cork await the winners in the semi final after the Leaving cert  and admission for supporters travelling down on Wednesday  is free.
