Minor Hurling Side Named For Cork Clash

Clare minor hurling boss Brian Coffey has named his team to take on Cork in tomorrow’s Munster quarter final with twelve different clubs represented in the side.

Aaron Shanahan starts in goal, with captain Adam Hogan leading the full back line in between Marc O Loughlin and Mark Delaney.

Matthew Reidy, Ian McNamara and Jarlath Collins make up the half back line.

Crusheen’s Oisin O Donnell and Corofin’s Killian O Connor slot into midfield.

Liam Kavanagh, Oisin Clune and Patrick Crotty will play in front of them in the half forwards.

The full forward line consists of Broadford’s Niall O Farrell, Clooney-Quin’s Eoin Guilfoyle and Sean Rynne of Inagh-Kilnamona.

Manager Brian Coffey says he’s happy with his side’s preparations for the game.
