The four point win over Cooraclare saw them lift Jack Daly for the thirteenth time in the clubs history.
Miltown and Cooraclare have now met in five finals, with Miltown victorious in all but one.
Eoin Cleary, who also finished as top scorer in the championship, says having twin brother Conor as part of the panel made the win all the more special.
Miltown now face a four week wait until they go into action again, as they travel to take on either Clonmel Commercials or Moyle Rovers in the Munster Semi Final.
