McMahon Says Dowling Involvement With Doora/Barefield Will Bring Freshness To Club

A long-standing servant to St Joseph’s Doora Barefield says their appoinment of a Limerick All-Ireland winner to their coaching ranks can only be a positive thing for the side.

Shane Dowling will link up with the Intermediate club in 2021 as part of new manager Michael Guilfoyle’s backroom team.

The Ennis side made it to the last four of this year’s competition and will be looking to return to the senior ranks for the first time since their 2018 relegation.
