Clare GAA chairman Michael McDonagh says it was huge priority for the board to ensure Cusack Park was available to host next weeks Munster U21 Hurling Final.
The Banners win over Waterford in the last four set up a final showdown with Limerick, with Clare having home advantage for the clash.
Some doubts emerged over the availabilty of the county grounds the 2.3 million euro with upgrade works set to begin this week.
A deal has been secured to postpone the works until after next weeks final, and McDonagh says it was vital this was done
The game will throw in on Thursday July 30th at 7.30pm.
The Munster Council are expected to confirm later whether or not it will be an all ticket affair.
