McDonagh: Clubs of Clare will have their say

The chairman of Clare GAA has insisted clubs will be given a platform to have their say on any issue they wish at the next meeting of the board, but no date has been set for this.

There has been public criticism of the decision not to conduct a review of the performances of both the senior hurling and football management in 2015, with the executive giving them their backing for another term in the aftermath of Clare's exit from the championship.

Michael McDonagh says he has carried out discussions with players and board officials, and that the next step will be an open discussion by the county committee.
