Cratloe captain Liam Markham says their run in 2014 has been the stuff of fairytales.
In just their second ever Munster Club Hurling campaign, the Clare champions will face Kilmallock of Limerick in the Munster Final on November 23rd.
They are also bidding to return to the Munster Club Football Final when they travel to Dungarvan to face the Nire on Sunday next, where a win would see them become the first side since 1980 to contest both the Munster Club Football and Hurling Finals in the same year.
Markham says it's a great time to be involved with the club
The venue for the final is expected to be known tomorrow, and it's understood that there will be a toss of a coin between the clubs to determine where the game is played, which will be at a neutral club venue, most likely the Gaelic Grounds in Limerick or Cusack Park in Ennis.
Elsewhere in hurling
Brian Cody will search for All Ireland number 11 next year after agreeing to stay on for a 17th season as Kilkenny manager.
The James Stephens man was ratified for another term by the county board last night, however it remains unclear if Henry Shefflin will retire or stay on having captured his 10th title this season.
