Man City win title in dramatic finish

Manchester City have pipped rivals Manchester United to the Premier League title in one of the most thrilling finishes to a season in recent history.

City scored twice in stoppage time to win 3-2 against QPR. Sergio Aguero getting the winner 5 minutes into injury time.

United beat Sunderland 1-0 at the Stadium of Light

QPR stay up, while Bolton go down after a 2-2 draw at Stoke.

In the race for Champions League places, Arsenal finished third with a 3-2 win at West Brom.

Tottenham ended fourth in the table after beating Fulham 2-0

But they’ll be in the Champions League only if Chelsea lost next weekend’s final against Bayern Munich.

Newcastle lost 3-1 at Everton and finished fifth.

In the other games, Chelsea beat Blackburn 2-1, Norwich won 2-0 at home to Aston Villa,

Wigan beat bottom side Wolves 3-2 and Swansea got past Liverpool one-nil.

Its was also the final day of fixtures in the SPL.

Champions Celtic ended their season with a big win. They defeated Hearts 5-0 at Parkhead, Gary Hooper with all 5 goals for Neil Lennon’s side.

Rangers were away to St Johnstone and they won 4-0, Sone Aluko scored a hat trick, with Lee McCulloch scoring the other.
