Man City take massive step towards title with 2-0 win over Newcastle

The Premier League trophy is Manchester City’s to lose.

They’ve beaten Newcastle 2-nil at St James’ Park to move three points clear at the top of the table – for now at least.

A win in the final game of the season next weekend will seal the title.

Second placed Manchester United can go level on points with their rivals if they beat Swansea at four.

They’ll remain behind City though, due a to an inferior goal difference.
