Clare recorded a 19 point win over Waterford on a 2-22 to 0-09 scoreline to set up a meeting with the premier county next month in Cusack Park.
It will be the third time in five years that the counties will meet in a munster decider-the 2008 final ending in controversy while Tipperary edged Clare by 5 points two seasons ago.
