Corofin and Clare’s Jamie Malone has collected his Clare FM/Mannix Menwear Sports Star of the Month Award.
He got the honour on the back of some brilliant performances for the Banner’s footballers in June this year, kicking 1-4 as they edged a tight battle with Offaly in the qualifiers and 0-3 during Clare’s narrow loss to Armagh in the Athletics Grounds.
