Former All-Ireland winner with Clare Colin Lynch has been announced as the senior manager of the Newmarket on Fergus hurlers next year.

The former midfielder had worked as a trainer with St. Thomas' of Galway this year.
He now succeeds Tom McNamara, and will be assisted by Martin Ryan and Brian Enright.
