The former all star from Feakle – who led Clare to All Ireland victories in 1995 and 1997 has complimented his former players Anthony Daly and Davy Fitzgerald for what he described as their new style of management.
The Sixmilebridgeman has made a promising start to his career as Clare boss, and heads into Sunday’s clash away to Laois looking for a third straight League win.
