Kilmaley have lost to Rower Inistioge by 2-9 to 1-5 in Nowlan Park today in the All Ireland intermediate club semi final.

The Clare champions trailed by 2-7 to 0-1 at the break but were given a lifeline by a 40th minute goal from Emma O Driscoll but the Leinster champions held on for the win.

In ladies football and Clare have lost  to Fermangh today in their opening game in the div 2 league by 2-11 to 1-5.
