Clare boss Brian Lohan feels his side will take plenty learnings from their opening game of the new season.

Limerick took the spoils in their Co-Op Superstores Munster senior hurling league showdown as goals in either half saw them run out winners by 2-21 to 1-19.

Up next is a trip to Cork on Sunday afternoon, with management once again likely to pick an largely experimental side for that game.
