A Clare mixed martial artist who’s recently been crowned as European Taekwondo Champion believes perseverance & consistency were fundamental components of his success.
Luke Moriarty won the continental title in the 78kg category at the International Taekwondo Federation Championships in Romania last week.
The accomplishment is the latest in a long line of achievements for the Lissycasey native, who on the same weekend also claimed the top prize in the Senior team sparring category alongside his Irish team mates.
