Steven O'Brien of Tipperary and Cian Lynch of Limerick have been named GAA/GPA Opel Players of the Month for May.

O'Brien impressed for Tipp in their Munster Championship opener with Waterford scoring 6 points.
Cian Lynch played well in his debut for Limerick in their Munster quarter final win over Clare scoring 3 points.
His teammate Seanie Tobin, meanwhile, is to bring his appeal against the red card he picked up in that game to the Appeals Committee, having already lost his initial appeal.
As it stands, Tobin is due to miss the Munster semi-final against Limerick.
