Limerick say they will appeal the rejection of their case for a replay of the All Ireland minor hurling semi final by the Central Competition Control Committee.

The Association says it could not consider the appeal as the rules do not allow a result to be overturned on the grounds that a referee had incorrectly allowed or failed to allow a score.
The Shannonsiders have confirmed they will appeal to the Central Appeals committee.
