Limerick Lose Final Hawkeye Appeal

The Limerick minor hurlers have lost their appeal to the Disputes Resolution Authority over their All Ireland semi-final loss to Galway.

It stems from an error made by the Hawk-eye system at Croke Park.

The Limerick County Board say they have reached the end of the case.

Limerick GAA Statement: Appeal lost against Limerick Minor Hurling Team Last Monday evening in Tullamore the DRA went against the Limerick County board appeal for the Limerick Minor hurling case for the right to be still involved in the All Ireland Minor hurling championship. After a five hour meeting Limerick were unsuccessful which means the Limerick County board have now reached the end of the case.
