Leinster have begun the search for a new coach following the departure of Matt O'Connor.

The province confirmed today that he will leave by "mutual consent" after two seasons in charge.
In a statement O'Connor says their form in the Pro 12 frustrated them adding they set high standards for themselves and for many reasons, they did not achieve those highs throughout the league this campaign.
O'Connor led the Blues to a Pro 12 title last season and a Champions cup semi final this year losing after extra time to Toulon.
Leo Cullen will takeover on a temporary basis.
