Kilmihil native Eimear Considine is confident Ireland’s women’s rugby side can comfortably qualify for this year’s world cup finals.

The tournament is set to be played in September in New Zealand, with Ireland being forced to qualify after finishing outside of the top seven in the 2017 tournament.

December’s qualifiers were cancelled because of the COVID-19 pandemic, with Ireland’s side aiming to earn a spot in Pool B for the finals, which already includes Canada and the USA.
