Sixmilebridge's Sean Stack will take charge as they bid to bounce straight back from relegation to the intermediate ranks.
Stack's most recent position in Clare was with Clonlara as he guided them to the 2015 Clare Senior Final.
Elsewhere, there's no change in Sixmilebridge and Wolfe Tones with John O'Meara and James Carrig staying in their respective positions.
