The game was tied at 0-5 each at the break, with Eire Óg having played with the conditions.
The defending champions made the most of the breeze in the second half, and two late points from Keelan Sexton and Peter O'Dwyer put the 3 point win beyond doubt.
Elsewhere Naomh Eoin / O'Currys booked their spot in the U21 A Football Semi Final with a comprehensive 4-6 to 0-9 win over St Josephs Doora Barefield. Jack Scanlon bagged a hat trick for the winners there.
