Clare’s Munster minor football campaign is over after a semi final defeat to Kerry in Cusack park by 17 points to 3-4.
The home side trailed by a point at the break,2-3 to 0-10,after Conor Cleary scored a penalty after four minutes which was added to by a supreme solo effort from captain Jamie Malone after 15 minutes.

However Kerry dominated possession in the second half ,and despite Cleary’s second goal of the evening late in the game the visitors held on for the win.
