Clare Football captain Gary Brennan says he doesn't believe that Clare are not capable of competing against the big two in Munster.
The controversial decision by the Munster Council to revert to a seeded system for the 2014 Championship, which sees Kerry and Cork in opposite sides of the semi final draw, led to Clare, Waterford, Limerick and Tipperary boycott this years McGrath Cup competition.

Brian Kelly in goal, Paul Murphy at corner back, Michael and Paul Geaney as well as Stephen O’Brien in attack all come into a side captained by Fionn Fitzgerald.
Eamonn Fitzmaurice also welcomes back Killian Young who returns from a broken ankle received in the lead in to last year’s All-Ireland semi-final and Declan O’Sullivan who missed their League campaign through injury.
