Three time All-Ireland winners Tyrone name just one change from the side which defeated Monaghan in the quarter-final as Justin McMahon comes in to replace his brother Joe at centre half-back.
Meanwhile, James O'Donoghue will start for Kerry despite concern over a shoulder injury sustained during the Kingdom's comprehensive win against Kildare.
