Andy Keogh has taken to twitter to express his disappointment at not being named in the Irish squad for the World cup qualifiers against Sweden and Austria.
The 27 year old Millwall striker tweeted “Not even in the provisional squad, gutted, oh well might get called in last minute! #noloyalty"
Keogh has scored 2 goals in 5 appearances for his club so far this season and played against Wales in a recent friendly.
Darron Gibson then replied online to Keogh asking if he had been told why he wasn’t included but the Dubliner just said he didn’t know and hadn’t heard from anyone.
Keogh has since said that he’s not moaning about being left out he is just gutted, that a text or phone call would have been courteous.
