The Limerick college, managed by Brian Lohan, won the replay of the competition's final against Waterford IT in a final scoreline of 2-18 to 1-14 at Pairc Uí Rinn.
Ballyea's Tony Kelly was man of the match while Tulla's David McInerney was captain of the side.
Gearoid Ryan, Jack Browne and Cathal McInerney also played.
Tipperary’s Daire Quinn and Tommy Hefferman scored the UL goals.
